Few aspects are spared from critique. The episode contains scenes where characters discuss haircuts as metaphors for power, stories about slavery woven into rapids of absurdity, and extensive sequences describing mundane activities (like the Doctor’s own haircut) as profound. The episode even attempts to depict a "story engine" that resembles a biological heart—an utterly nonsensical concept given that "stories" are abstract and cannot be stored in such a literal organ.
