The most significant disappointment for the reviewer is the treatment of Sentry. As a potentially fascinating villain, he is reduced to a shadowy figure who vaguely embodies depression. Instead of exploring his complexity, the film chooses to depict him as a mindless, trauma-driven monster, which feels anticlimactic.
