Hollywood’s obsession with messaging that pushes ideological agendas—manifested in movies that audiences reject—alienates viewers. Actors complaining about franchise fatigue, directors attacking each other’s work, and industry leaders lamenting "fewer movies" all miss the point: audience interest is driven by how well the movies connect with them.
