The plot itself appears to be an excuse for character interaction rather than a coherent story. For example, Daredevil's actions are criticized for being mistake-free; he's portrayed as incapable of making errors, which undermines tension and humanIZES his character in a way that was not intended.
A notable anecdote involves a scene where Daredevil cannot save a character because he was elsewhere at the time, but instead of that contributing to the story's tension, it merely shifts focus to his inaction.
