The climax involves collapsing structures, characters falling into pits, and fires consuming entire buildings—all without consistent timing or causality. The Jedi seem powerless or unwilling to use their full force, despite ample opportunity, which underscores the poor writing. Characters like Oer—the supposed villainess—are portrayed as so unintelligent that their actions seem driven by plot rather than logic.
A particularly egregious moment is the Jedi's decision to leave a vulnerable child behind, despite the obvious danger—a choice that seems more based on narrative convenience than any moral reasoning or strategic thinking.
