Parliament Speaker Ghalibaf, reportedly fearing removal and power struggles, has begun to speak openly against the IRGC, even describing some factions as “militia-like” and capable of destroying Iran. The Supreme Leader, largely incapacitated and in a coma, remains an absent figure of final authority. Without clear leadership, Iran’s political apparatus is effectively paralyzed.
