Combine Dry Ingredients: In a medium pan, mix together 266 grams of granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of cornstarch, and 1/4 cup of all-purpose flour. Whisk these ingredients together using a narrow whisk to prevent lumps and to ensure an even consistency.
