SPK Tokens went live this Monday, 08-Aug-2022 and the first use case for them is to earn by powering up and delegating Larynx tokens to active node validators. While Locked Larynx tokens are only for node operators (and I am not one of them), the Power Larynx tokens are the ones that once staked are earning SPK governance tokens. They offer an Instant Lock, while there is a 4 Week Unlock interval which is pretty decent in my opinion. At the moment the Larynx Power (LP) earns SPK tokens at 0.010%, while if also delegated the LP tokens earn SPK tokens for both delegator and delegatee at 0.015%. Thus I should end up with 0.025% passive earnings by both powering up and delegating my Larynx Power.
The steps to Power Up my Larynx tokens were the following:
- Log in to DLux platform with the Hive account.
- Navigate to the DLux Wallet and choose the SPK as the active tokens.
- Choose Power Up option from LarynxToken balance.
- Power up!
Once the LarynxPower is refreshed I moved with Delegating my tokens. First thing first, I have consulted the active node operations from SPKCC Monitor. As I already had my eyes on @v4vapp node which is run by Brian of London, I simply checked that it was active and from this point on I've moved with delegating all my tokens to him.
The steps to Delegating LarynxPower (LP) tokens were the following:
- Log in to DLux platform with the Hive account.
- Navigate to the DLux Wallet and choose the SPK as the active tokens.
- Choose Delegate option from LarynxPower balance.
- Delegate to @v4vapp node operator!
These were all the steps to Power Up my Larynx Miners and Delegate them in order to earn passively SPK tokens. Next, it remains for me to do the same with the next airdropped Larynx Miners and grow my participation in the network. We are in the incipient phases of the project, so while the current value might be negligible, at some point these might provide much more value and rewards.

Got mine locked in, powered up and delegated to 3 or 4 nodes. Figured that was better than putting them all into one to decentralize it a bit.
A fantastic use case for the token which will surely see it increase in value.

Thanks for the information but the site is having issues for me. I can't seem to power up my LARYNX tokens so I might have to try another time.
