Well, I read through part of the article and without having read through the whole thing, it strikes me that this is a Windows 10 skin on top of Linux, and they've done some work to make it behave as much like Windows as they can and still be running Linux. So, yeah, if you are moving over from Windows 10 and you find it difficult to find things in the Linux desktop environment, whichever Linux you're using, this might be the one for you to take a look at. And since it's based on Ubuntu, you could certainly do a lot worse. So I think you can certainly try it. I would recommend, though, just learn the new way of doing things.
