that we're staring at this prolonged phase of potentially degrowth and we're not equipped to deal with that. I think this is why we have these really progressive movements demanding more and more entitlements from the government because people feel that they won't be able to procure them for themselves through their careers. They're asking the government to provide all of these things which previously they would potentially have been able to acquire on their own. I do fundamentally believe that we're looking at a couple of decades of just fundamentally shrinkage in terms of our aggregate output. I don't know if America is actually capable of dealing with that massive political unrest. Japan went through it and Japan is very... Still going through it. We might look at Japan and say, wow, what they pulled off is actually amazing relative to what could have happened.
