A lot of it just depends on the cut. Baby Back Ribs here run about $3 a pound if you can find them on sale. I am not sure what spare ribs would be. They could be up or down from there. I don't usually buy St. Louis style ribs. Either way, they are always expensive when you compare them to pork chops or pork steak.

Yes that is not cheap really, but then you earn Dollars and why I cannot convert to Rands as it just doesn't work.
