The digital signature simply has to be realized faster; showing up somewhere in person has to be an absolute exception. Cross-communication must take place both within the authorities and between the different federal states.
A secure standard should be used, then a visit to the authorities could also represent a positive event in life, today it is more of a horror movie from historical times. Perhaps the blockchain will also serve as a model for this standard. Everything would be encrypted and accessible to everyone, and only authorized persons/companies/authorities would be able to view it.
The professionals certainly know what problems this would entail, but it is definitely worlds better than the current standard.
A lean and cost-effective state is finally a great interface, the citizens must be the focus. An administration is only created for that, we should get to the goal quickly, cheaply and effectively. If an AI subsequently takes over some and selected work, then that is only more effective. The technology is there, but politics must now take the first step.

Die digitale Unterschrift muss einfach schneller verwirklicht werden, persönlich irgendwo aufzutauchen muss absolute Ausnahme sein. Die übergreifende Kommunikation muss sowohl innerhalb der Behörden geschehen, als auch zwischen den unterschiedlichen Bundesländern.
Ein sicherer Standard sollte genutzt werden, dann könnte ein Behördengang auch mal ein positives Ereignis im Leben darstellen, heute ist es eher ein Horrorfilm aus historischen Zeiten. Vielleicht dient ja auch die Blockchain als Vorbild für diesen Standard. Alles wäre verschlüsselt und jedem zugänglich, einsehbar wäre es dann nur von autorisierten Personen/Unternehmen/Behörden.
Die Profis wissen bestimmt welche Probleme damit einhergehen, es ist aber ganz bestimmt Welten besser als der jetzige Standard.
Ein schlanker und kostengünstiger Staat ist zuletzt eine große Schnittstelle, die Bürger müssen dabei im Mittelpunkt stehen. Eine Verwaltung ist nur dafür geschaffen, wir sollen schnell, kostengünstig und effektiv ans Ziel kommen. Wenn eine KI anschließend manche und ausgewählte Arbeiten übernimmt, dann ist das nur noch effektiver. Die Technik ist da, die Politik muss aber jetzt den ersten Schritt gehen.
