No One is Ethically informed unless They are told, in the vernacular and in clear and certain terms, of anything that might directly affect Them. Anything legalese is unEthical, anything in fine print is unEthical.
To be fully informed is to have all pertinent data offered to the best of the One offering's ability.
Nothing in the legal system is Law, and virtually all of it is unEthical.
