In a fortnight where S&P 500 dropped 0.22% and Europe rose 0.54%, my pension portfolio dropped 0.22% exactly in line with US stocks. Two big drags in my European stocks - Volkswagen (VOW.DE) down 13.2% and Adyen (ADYEN.AS) and some ugly falls in US stocks, like Mission Produce (AVO) down 22.8% and Stem inc (STEM) down 18.6%
Big movers of the two weeks were Honey Badger Silver (TUF.V) (+33.3%), Stuhini Exploration (STU.V) (+29.6%), Blue Star Helium (BNL.AX) (+21.2%), Mamiya-OP Co (7991.T) (+14.2%), Kyushu Financial Group (7180.T) (+12.1%), Northern Minerals (NTU.AX) (+10.5%), 88 Energy (88E.AX) (+10%), Mizuho Financial Group (8411.T) (+10%). Themes are silver mining and Japan waking up.
The markets were banking on the Santa Claus rally - with the holidays on Mondays, that is always less likely - the big boys were behind the desks and the fed has people scared.
Crypto booms
Bitcoin travelled sideways over the two weeks with a 4.2% price range and dropping 0.9% overall.
Bought
ABN AMRO Bank N.V. (ABN.AS): Dutch Bank. Replaced stock assigned at 4.9% premium to assigned price. Wrote covered call for 1.75% premium with 3.3% price coverage.
ENGIE SA (ENGI.PA): French Utility. Averaged down entry price after a big price dip. Dividend yield 6.35%
Credit Suisse X-Links Silver Shares Covered Call ETN (SLVO): Silver Covered Calls. With gold and silver rising added to my holding in this ETN that writes covered calls on Silver. Dividend yield 14.37% a lot of which is capital gains
Wynn Resorts (WYNN): Gaming. Had a small parcel of stock left over after last assignment. Rounded up to 100 shares at 0.3% discount to assigned price. Am figuring that stock will move with the easing of Covid-19 restrictions in China ahead of Lunar New Year.

Japan Post Insurance (7181.T): Japan Insurance. Started to pay attention to Japan and closed out at 52 week high for 21.5% profit since November 2019
Arigatou Services Company (3177.T): Japan Retail. 14.6% blended profit since December 2018/September 2019/
ASX Portfolio
Steadily working out a strategy for this low cost investing portfolio - book profits and redeploy on other breakout targets is the idea for now.
NRW Holdings (NWH.AX): Australian Mining Services. Sold at 52 week high for 26.3% blended profit since August/November 2022
G8 Education Limited (GEM.AX): Australian Education Services. Ran stock screens to deploy proceeds from sales - picked stock wth largest gap to 52 week high. Dividend yield 3.49%. The other stocks that appeared in the screens I am already holding - I might consider a topping up process.
Chart shows price has broken the downtrend and made a higher high and higher low - might have been a bit late on the trade but there is 19% headroom to the cycle high

Across all portfolios wrote 83 covered calls (UK 4 Europe 19 US 50, and 8 credit spreads (Europe 1 US 7) and one naked put (US 1)
