2/🧵Well, the idea is good, but it’s kind of complicated. Self-driving relies on sensors and artificial intelligence; the only command they take is what they are programmed to do. We know that life is unpredictable; anything can happen. We can’t predict what will happen in the next second. A child can mistakenly run out of the road; a tyre couldn’t burst, which may lead to an accident. Unlike humans, they will try their best to control the car with experience so that it will not hit the child. Technology depends on the command decoded on them.
