It has been exactly 3 months since @leo.stats started to release its semantic reports when correcting its usual monthly, I kept wondering how I could be there seeing my name. It may seem a little childish to imagine, but I believe that people always like to see their work being recognized mainly when the people in their community divulge it.
When I ate my LEO journey I had no idea how serious, however optimistic we were, I didn't imagine it is close to today to reach my first 5 digits on the Hive blockchain. Through LeoFinance this dream is very close to being achieved.
When you believe in your potential how things should improve because without self confidence it is kind of difficult to move on. No matter how much you are attracted to challenges and how much you fall to the ground, you should never give up. Today, for my happiness, I saw my name among the 10 authors who won the most LEO in the last week.
In addition to being surprised, as I didn't expect this because every week it was very common for authors to earn on average over 1,000 LEO and out of curiosity when I finished posting my last progress of the week, I realized that I had done a great job earning over 600 LEO but I would never imagine seeing my name on @leo.stats and I felt like a 10 year old when I saw that his work got the highest score at the science fair.
I was also in another aspect in the reports, I was one of the most staked LEO authors. We know that in the past two weeks many major players have been power down in their accounts and the reason is clear because of wLEO that LP has enough LEO to have great liquidity. But it was really fun to see my name again on the same day.
For me it means a lot, a dream come true because who wouldn't want to see your name there? I know that many other new users will be motivated and inspired to continue their journey. I saw that also among the most staked LEO was @matheusggr, a friend also from Brazil that Hive gave me and to be highlighted already in the beginning of his newspaper should be very rewarding and motivating.
I know that it is very important that more new users can enjoy earning more LEO, especially those that are barely noticed and bring great content to the LEO ecosystem. What I can say is that you never give up on your goals no matter how difficult it may appear. One day you will be noticed just like me and will be able to build everything you want with LEO.
Like many here I started with less than 400 LEO on my journey and months ago I had no idea that one day I would be a LEO Whale, so don't give up on your dreams. Turn your perseverance into fuel to achieve your goals. The LEO community is always on hand to help.

Há exatos 3 meses desde que o @leo.stats passou a divulgar seus relatórios semanais ao invés do seu habitual mensal, eu ficava imaginando como eu poderia está lá vendo meu nome. Pode parecer até meio infantil de se imaginar mas eu acredito que as pessoas sempre gostam de ver seu trabalho sendo reconhecido principalmente quando quem divulga é a equipe de sua comunidade.
Quando comecei minha jornada LEO eu não tinha ideia de como seria, por mais que sejamos otimistas eu não imaginava está perto hoje de alcançar meus primeiros 5 dígitos no Hive blockchain. Através da LeoFinance esse sonho está bem perto de ser alcançado.
Quando você acredita em seu potencial as coisas começam a melhorar pois sem auto confiança fica meio difícil seguir em frente. Por mais que desafios estejam diante de você e por mais que caia no chão, nunca deve desistir. Hoje por minha felicidade eu vi meu nome entre os 10 autores que mais ganharam LEO da ultima semana.
Além de estar surpreso, pois não esperava isso pois todas as semanas era muito comum os autores ganharem em média acima de 1,000 LEO e por curiosidade quando terminei de postar meu ultimo progresso da semana, percebi que tinha feito um ótimo trabalho ganhando acima de 600 LEO mas nunca iria imaginar ver meu nome no @leo.stats e me senti como uma criança de 10 anos quando ver que seu trabalho tirou a nota máxima na feira de ciências.
Também estive em outro aspécto nos relatórios, fui um dos autores que mais staked LEO. Sabemos que nas ultimas duas semanas muitos grandes players estão power down em suas contas e o motivo é claro por conta do wLEO para que o LP tenha LEO suficiente para ter uma ótima liquidez. Mas foi muito divertido ver novamente meu nome no mesmo dia.
Para mim isso significa muito, uma realização de um sonho pois quem não gostaria de ver seu nome lá? Sei que muitos outros novos usuários estarão sendo motivados e inspirados a continuar suas jornadas. Vi que também entre os que mais staked LEO foi o @matheusggr, um amigo também brasileiro que o Hive me deu e ser destaque já em seu início de joranda deve ser muito gratificante e motivador.
Sei que é muito importante que mais novos usuários possam desfrutar de ganhar mais LEO, principalmente aqueles que quase não são notados e trazem um ótimo conteúdo para o exossistema LEO. O que posso dizer é que vocês nuncam desistam de seus objetivos por mais difícil que isso possa aparecer. Um dia vocês serão notados assim como eu e poderão construir tudo que desejam com o LEO.
Assim como muitos aqui comecei com menos de 400 LEO em minha jornada e meses atrás não tinha noção de que um dia seria uma Baleia LEO, então não desistam de seus sonhos. Transformem sua perseverança em combustível para que alcancem seus objetivos. A comunidade LEO estará sempre a disposição em ajudar.

A LeoFinance realmente está bem a frente das outras tribos, acredito que alguns dos motivos e conseguir se desenvolver tecnologicamente, economicamente, sem perder a força da rede social. Nice. As an Author you are ranking bit higher because Leo earnings include author + curation rewards.
There are 2 "pure" curation accounts.1 mining account and 1 leo burning account that I can spot in this list. Noidea how 5th account Leoteam is getting the Leo.
Thank you for adding information to this post. Really adding the gains in author and curation in LEO are much more effective and we managed to increase our participation even more.
