what's motivation?
This means to induce or make someone put his best or effort in accomplishing a task.
Motivation is a way of stirring or inspiring an individual to put more efforts in achieving more results for the betterment of a particular organization.
Motivation is very important not just for an organization but even as an investor if there's no motivation you become distracted along the course of business which retard business expansion and growth.
As an entrepreneur, you need to ensure all possible processes are put together get the members of a team to an effective work.
Other words that can be used for motivation include reward, instigate etc.

IMPORTANCE OF MOTIVATION.
As I said earlier, this is an integral part of any organization that wants to produce more and better results which would give them a competitive advantage.
- It will increase efficiency and output. When a staff is happy he will put in his best to ensure that performance is increased which further gives more profit. I had the privilege to manage an organization as the business manager. I discovered that when ever I add a little amount for transport allowances the kind of results we get is different from others. Therefore the more the motivation, the more the results. Sometimes it mustn't be in cash it could be in words, appreciation etc.
- It strengthen the bond between the workers or staff. This is one of the secret of sustaining business when all the workers are united and bonded by a common ground. It fosters mutual relationship. In the same organization where I worked I have seen this coming to play. My interactions with other friends, I discovered that motivation has been a great source of their unique selling point.
With the present global challenge, motivation is key to sustain staff for a robust output.
