Absolutely it really sucks when you see somebody get opportunities and just self destruct things.
Which really makes it hard for the people who are looking for opportunity and willing to put in the effort.
There is always a balance though. That is the reason why opportunities go to people who are worthy.
As they say, there is a reason why there is plenty of room at the top. Many do not even take advantage of what is right in front of them.
Sad to see because people end up struggling a lot more.
