Are Business Leaders Whose Businesses Fail Failures?

Increasing profit, satisfying customers, identifying and retaining talents good for the company, and protecting the brand, and keeping the investors happy at all time, are qualities of a great business leader.

You see,it is no doubt that several companies go out of business at every small crisis they face as a result of lack of good management, competition and economic reality but then the responsibility of keeping a company going lays on the shoulder of the management and at this point, it is important that the leader has been thinking and strategizing for the company to be able to sail through though times.

As a Janitor is paid to keep the premises clean, the door opened and closed, the heater and A.C working fine, so is the business leader (CEO, Manager and so on) is paid to do the thinking for the company.

While catering about the customers satisfaction, you have to look into how to grow, find talents and keep your investors happy. You are the custodian of the company's reputation and brand.

All this said, A lot of company has filed for bankruptcy and this company have leaders in the form of CEOs, CFOs, and so on. Does being a leader of a company that failed make them a bad leader?
