Condo update - nothing, nothing at all. According to them the air is safe and I should live there until they can do the work and get permits. I have a lawyer buddy taking it from here. I will Never ever buy a condo again! The insurance has my hotel covered till end of August so Iβll figure out what Iβm doing then. Obviously Iβm going after damages later but I better be extra nice to my sister and hopefully go back to the Redding crib with the pool π

I won't ever buy a condo for 2 reasons. The problem you have now, which is NOT uncommon and never enough room. I know, the city does not afford big spaces, which is why I live outside of it now. Sorry, this is happening, and don't feel bad. Mine JUST got finished with the last detail last Monday. It took so long with all the separate contractors.
You cannot have one working while the other is here...
Oh, joy.
But, it is done. OMG. I hope yours gets settled pretty soon. That is completely insane wanting you to live like that. No thanks. :(
