Many times we can think that creating a new business requires only money and a great idea, because we have been able to see how great entrepreneurs have created businesses from 0, which have been a success and that today we see as representatives that everything we want we can achieve, but we also have to look much deeper to see what has happened during all that time and how it started, because each of the entrepreneurs has a story behind the companies they create.
Some people have knowledge or partner with people who have knowledge in some area, as in the case of Virgin, but we also have the case of people who have a previous business and start a new one under the same infrastructure and knowledge they have, as in the case of Uber, which later created Uber Eats.
This case of Uber can be seen in other companies that have started in a similar way in that they offer something that later they see that they can improve by adding another similar service and that only requires a different marketing management but using the same knowledge.
There is an interesting case in Venezuela and it refers to a company that makes beer and corn flour that they sell in different countries, and when we look more specifically at what has made it so successful, is that they only have to concentrate on becoming known since the same way they make the flour, they can make the product needed to create the beer, so they only have to make a few small adjustments and they have a new product with the same infrastructure that has already been paid for.
Not all companies are created from scratch, but we can see that there could be an infrastructure on which they create a new product without having to make a complete investment and see if it works, but they use the same machines but with different raw material to create a new product that in the case of not working, they still use the same machines to continue with what did work.
Many times it only takes someone with the knowledge and who has a working company to be able to create another completely new company that does something that at first glance seems innovative, but in reality only relies on what already works to minimize the risk of creating something new.

Muchas veces podemos pensar que crear un nuevo negocio requiere solo dinero y una gran idea, porque hemos podido ver cómo grandes empresarios han creado negocios desde 0, que han sido un éxito y que hoy vemos como representantes de que todo lo que queremos lo podemos lograr, pero también tenemos que ver mucho más profundo para ver qué es lo que ha ocurrido durante todo ese tiempo y como fue que comenzó, porque cada uno de los emprendedores tiene una historia detrás de las empresas que crean.
Algunas personas tienen conocimientos o se asocian con personas que tienen conocimientos en algún área como el caso de la empresa Virgin, pero también tenemos el caso de personas que tienen un negocio previo y comienza uno nuevo bajo la misma infraestructura y conocimientos que tienen, como el caso de Uber que luego creo Uber Eats.
Este caso de Uber lo podemos ver en otras empresas que han comenzado de forma parecida en que ofrecen algo que luego ven que pueden mejorar agregando otro servicio parecido y que solo requiere un manejo de mercadeo diferente pero usando los mismos conocimientos.
Existe un caso interesante en Venezuela y es que hay una empresa que hace cerveza y harina de maíz que venden en diferentes países, y cuando vemos de forma más específica lo que ha hecho que sea tan exitoso, es que solo deben concentrarse en hacerse conocidos ya que de la misma forma que se hace la harina, se puede hacer el producto necesario para crear la cerveza, por lo que solo deben hacer unos pequeños ajustes y tienen un nuevo producto con la misma infraestructura que ya ha sido pagada.
No todas las empresas son creadas desde el principio, sino que podemos ver que podría existir una infraestructura sobre la cual crean un nuevo producto sin tener que hacer una inversión completa y ver si funciona, sino que usan las mismas máquinas pero con distinta materia prima para crear un nuevo producto que en el caso de no funcionar, igual siguen usando las mismas máquinas para seguir con aquello que sí funcionaba.
Muchas veces solo hace falta alguien con los conocimientos y que tiene una empresa funcionando para poder crear otra empresa completamente nueva que haga algo que a primera vista parece innovador, pero que en realidad solo se apoya en lo que ya funciona para minimizar el riesgo de crear algo nuevo.

No doubt , capital is important for starting a business but we need to also have the mental capital..and mental capital in my own definition is having the right knowledge or partnering with someone or people who have the right knowledge and experience and information of how to make the business successful..
