I certainly learnt a lot reading, oneup has been gaining a lot of attractions lately and seeing you can earn that amount of APR both in liquidity pool and curation, seems like something worth investing in.
The concept behind Deflationary Tokens by @mccoy02
Deflation in crypto as some have argued is a great way to increase a project token value by decreasing the token supply and increasing its demands leading to a price increase, while some are against this idea as they see them as a means of cutting through such project progressive stage the idea is they believe each project should thrive on building incentive use case that will attract investors and not by burning project token supply.
This is the reason I don’t trust outrageuse tokens with outrageous supply with no burn records. It’s just simple economics, we burn these tokens to reduce the supply so the demand can help the value get high.
Tokenization and Real Estate by @attentionneeded
Currently, we all know the world revolves around cryptocurrencies, and the forefront of evolving involves Bitcoin, Ethereum, and NFTs, etc. The future of the real estate business can be evolved to another height through NFTs (Non-fungible Tokens) and it’s quite possible.

Anybody that reads this will certainly get their answers in the content. Hive is definitely something worth investing. Hive is very new in the crypto space and it’s doing so well in my opinion. Community is something that helps build the strength of a project and we can see such on Hive.
Amazon: payments with cryptocurrencies or own token? by @nirvana3003
Surely an Amazon crypto (let's say Amazoncoin) would significantly reduce the power of the dollar and disrupt the digitization plans of the American currency. On the other hand, the incursion of this company in the cryptosphere would be accompanied by a plan to offer products from the Centralized Finance (CeFi) systems, so perhaps Amazon will become the largest digital cryptofinancial entity in the world, at least from the institutional point of view.
If this eventually becomes possible, sorry for the government and all financial instituons because people are about to buy it. Of course Jeff Bezos will be extremely rich. In my opinion they shouldn’t be any need to create a special coin for Amazon, they can just continue using the current crypto available.
