Don't you trust yourself to be an honest farmer or gamer for LBI account ? ;)
Let's take Splinterlands for example, you could create a fresh account and LBI account would buy and delegate cards to your account.
For farming DeFi, well you're correct, trust is involved and the money LBI will "bet" on people will highly depends on trust/reputation.
