I like to tally up my HIVE earnings on the first of the month. At the end of July, I had 922,663 coins with a reported street value of $3,414.75. This is up $300 from the reported value at the end of June.
I have three accounts. My primay account @yintercept recently became a dolphin. This account @irivers is associated with the Community Color project. Community Color was project to promote community awareness back in web1.0. It never caught on. @vagabondspirit is associated with a map based game that does not have any followers; so, I've been using it to curate CreativeCoin posts.
The Future Looks Bleak for Hive Engine
At the beginning of the year, I was thinking that Hive-Engine was the most source for the killer app that would propel HIVe into the big leagues. I had been moving all of my HBD rewards into HIVE engine.
The decision to raise the interest on HBD to 20% pretty much destroyed HE. Since HBD has a higher interet than HBD and even HIVE, I've stopped moving funds into HE and transfer my HBD earnings to HBD instead.
I've noticed thousands of other HIVE users do the same. I suspect the HE coins are doomed to follow Steem-Engine and fail utterly.
Anyway, this is my listing of coins. When the count of coins is way up, the dollar value of my HE coins drops each month. They will continue to do so as long as HBD interest is 20%.

I pulled the USD value for the HE coins from Hive-Engine. It is sad that many of my HE coin holdings have a reported value of zero.
The pictures show a utility box that Holladay City decorated for the Thrive125 event. This event in 2021 celebrated 125 years of statehood. Utah became a state in 1896.
US Copyright laws holds that art commissioned by government entities becomes public domain. There are some exceptions, but I did not see a copyright notice on the piece; so I fell safe posting the picture on HIVE.
I think that Hveans would appreciate a picture that features bees and flowers. This is the reverse side of the box.
