Looking for instant gratification is a common problem in all societies today. People want the maximum results with the least possible effort.

Those people will come and go. We just need to keep on supporting and building, because we never know who that one person is who is willing to do what it takes.

I think patience is key here. Seeing the long-term potential, we need to practice patience to work through the masses and support those who share the long-term vision.

When digging for gold, you don't just pick it up on the surface. You have to dig and work through the soil.

Looking at Hive and seeing the current low value of a token and then moving on, is just looking at the surface. To find the real value, you have to dig deeper. You have to look at the community, find out what they stand for, and then be willing to do your part.
