ARE THESE PUMPS AND DUMPS SAFE FOR US?

Of recent we have been seeing several occurrences of pumps and dumps happen on the market and many have been taking advantage of it. To think that Hive deserves better is what has always been in my mind, we do deserve a widespread acceptance and an organic growth, rather than just some whale coming around to stir the waters and be the first to jump in.

We deserve to be probably at $10 currently even despite the bear market, so I see these pumps as just mere misuse and distractions really.

Are they safe for our blockchain?

No they arent. and these are my reason, I have two of them for now, I may need more in the comment section

  1. A pump and dump is not a good sign or language in the crypto space, infact it is almost as dangerous as scams could be as we have seen in recent times happen to FTT/FTX and Luna. When ever there are spikes on the charts like this, a well train eye knows what's going on and it is obvious that some people are reaping off.
  2. People can loose money, for those who may not be well experiences , catching a pump at the top is very dangerous and like it has been happening all their earnings and portfolio may dry up in a 5 to 15 minutes pump.

Hive has a steady utility and this is beyond just market prices. It doesn't really matter what weather we are in, this utility persist and will keep solving problems.

Hive also has a community , insiders, working tireless, witnesses holding up the blocks and the multitude of interactions ongoing on the blockchain.

HBD and HBD savings continues to remain the best way to store value, especially in countries like Nigeria where we have our money failing against the dollar, due to wrong decisions of the central bank.

Hive is solving problems and many more initiatives are being set up to help solve more problems. Coming to take advantage of the chain through pumps and dumps is not really the best.

It will scare away investors, its is distracting for the learners.

What do you think, do we need more of these pumps and dumps and do we just wait to grow organically?

Our time has come.
