A Nice & Juicy N.Y. Strip Steak to Celebrate Bitcoin

To $40,000 and Beyond!

Bitcoin has been on a roll lately! And I have been eating a lot of steak. I moved out to a little farm town and the cuts of meat out here are ridiculously affordable. I've been stopping into the market and snagging a few steaks roughly every other day. I recently cooked up a New York Strip to celebrate the price of bitcoin. Over the past week bitcoin has soared to upwards of $41,000.

Over the last few days, bitcoin retracted down to about $32,000. But today it began moving back on up. Currently the price of one bitcoin is almost $38,000. At this rate, it seems like we will be over $40K (and beyond) in the coming days. I'm extremely bullish, and my plate has been showing it. Eat, drink and be merry, for tomorrow we moon! Sláinte, folks!

That is a nice looking steak! I do enjoy a good NY Strip. I have been thinking about buying a whole loin at some point and just having them cut it up so I can have a freezer full. My brother in law just bought part of a cow and I will likely go in with him next time when he does.

I've been thinking about doing the same. I have a big empty stand up freezer and I just relocated to a little farm town. My next door neighbor is a 300 acre farm with cows, pigs and more. I've been contemplating a half cow and a half pig to fill it up.

I don't know if it's the quality of the cuts I've had, but I have never liked New York Strip. Hmm...I might have to try again, because that looks delicious AF.

I've been lovin' the steaks at my local market. I'm still learning which cut I like best (so far probably the ribeye) but this NY Strip was only $7 and tender af!

The ones I've had were not, so that's interesting. I'll have to give it another go!
