After all that we have learned in previous posts on Human Resources department occupations comes the big question: How do we go about creating the best HR department?

This is the department that contributes the most to the cultural development of the organization. In the event that the HR department is deficient or toxic, few employees would like to come for its help and would find themselves unmotivated. Not asking for help from the department that is in charge in some way offering it to its employees in matters related to career or personal problems leads this department to ruin causing great and serious complications for the company.

This is the department that genuinely must take care of employees and ensure their well-being by instilling a culture of openness and learning so that employees are happier in their jobs and this will have an impact on production improvement in the company.

Después de todo lo que hemos aprendido en las publicaciones anteriores de las ocupaciones del departamento de Recursos humanos llega la gran pregunta ¿Cómo hacemos para crear el mejor departamento de RRHH?

Este es el departamento que en mayor medida aporta al desarrollo cultural de la organización, en el caso que el departamento de RRHH sea deficiente o tóxico pocos empleados quisieran acudir por su ayuda y se encontrarían desmotivados. No pedir ayuda al departamento que se encarga de alguna manera ofrecerla a sus empleados en los temas relacionados con la carrera o bien problemas personales lleva a esta departamento a la ruina ocasionando grandes y graves complicaciones para la empresa.

Este es el departamento que de manera genuina debe ocuparse de los empleados y velar por su bienestar inculcando una cultura de apertura y aprendizaje para que los empleados sean mas felices en sus trabajos y esto si o si repercutirá en la producción mejora en la empresa.
