Si hablamos de uno de los departamentos mas importantes de una compañía debemos hablar del departamento de Recursos humanos, este es también el departamento que presta confusión con respecto al resto, ¿Sabes realmente de que se ocupa Recursos humanos?.
Podemos enfocar a este departamento como ese equipo de personas activas encargadas del funcionamiento y crecimiento de la organización o bien de esa pila de documentos del personal de nómina cuyos funcionarios aparecen cada fiesta de cierre de año.
Aquí lo primero que podemos detallar con respecto al trabajo de este departamento es qué se encarga o debería encargarse de cubrir las necesidades de los empleados.
El departamento de recursos humanos es el equipo encargado de gestionar el ciclo de vida del plantel de empleados de la organización, se encarga fundamentalmente de la selección, contratación, capacitación y todo lo que implica a los empleados.
