Today was a tough day in the markets if you were expecting and hoping for them to go higher. But as Bitcoin and the entire crypto market turns out to be more and more a traditional markets follower, this day turned out into a hurtfurt one.
But as always in all markets, it depends on how you look at it and when you take your momentum.
"It only hurts when you sell"

If you decide to sell now after you were the one buying in October/November, yes this will hurt the most. If you have to pay tax on unrealized gains, this doesn't even matter unless it is the 31st of December. And luckily for all of us, it isn't. If you decide to sell now, that would be the loss. The markets have been going down for months and if it would be the moment to sell, I guess we have a bit lower in store, I truly do.
But doing nothing and just letting it slide and see what happens, that is the point where we are in now. Selling would be extremely bad timing. Our precious Hive is hoovering at around $0.76 of time of writing, and yes this feels bad. But I would sell my Hive now, would you?
Unless there would be a project which I would think has a really high potential I would consider cashing in a bit for a better value, but at the moment all I see is that every alt is in downtrend for a while, and that we still have some downwards movement to go to.
Unless you see which ones will be the getter gainers, I would suggest you do absolutely nothing at the moment.

Post, write, rewards, game. Do what you do what makes you good and happy, and do it with conviction and keep it going. There will be better crypto days again to come, and Hive will surely be a decent player in there since there is so much going on on this chain.
I just can not imagine Hive dying out and going to zero when the tokenomics are so good, and the community is so strong. We have people from all over the world, in all kinds of classes coming from all sorts of fields.
That makes us stronger and more sustainable. Ever see people hanging around a blockchain for so long? That is because they believe in it.
