Weiss Crypto Ratings is an organization that rates cryptocurrencies based on criteria such as technology, adoption, level of decentralization, and market performance. Getting Hive listed there is important. So drop them an email at [email protected] and let them know you want to see Hive reviewed there and maybe tell them why.

Hi guys,
I'm assuming you're aware of the recent drama happening with the Steem blockchain and the Hive fork.

But if not, long story short, Steem is no longer a decentralized blockchain. It's now a database run by sock puppet witnesses under the control of Justin Sun of TRON, who bought a big stake and tried to take over the blockchain only to find out that the community is an essential part of a DPOS system.

The real value of Steem - the community - has for the most part up and left for Hive. This was a historical moment in blockchain history, as it showed that layer zero of a DPOS blockchain is the community, which can thwart an attacker by simply forking the chain and relocating its value to the new chain.

Since the fork, development has ramped up significantly as the Hive community is now truly decentralized, and developers don't have to feel like their efforts will be wasted because of Steemit, Inc.'s sway over blockchain development. Steemit, Inc. no longer controls a disproportionately large stake, as their ninja mined stake was forked out.

Many major exchanges have already listed Hive and it is trading well above the price of Steem.
