I'm excited to see a great redistribution of stake and curation take place on LeoFinance. As the largest stakeholders powerdown a portion of their stake to participate in DeFi for the outsied returns on Uniswap Liquidity Pools for wLEO, the smaller accounts that continue to curate and post will earn more.
It seems like this is a win win for everyone involved. Big stakeholders earn passive rewards in a new way for providing liquidity and smaller stakeholders earn more author/curator rewards for less competition with the whales. I wonder what would happen if something like this happened with wHIVE if someone took up the initiative. wLEO ought to be the experiment and then someone with the influence on Hive should take up the mantle and see if the HIVE system would benefit from a similar redistribution of whale stake.
