Pancake Swap used to be the only method of buying safemoon when it was newly launched. So you need to have trust wallet app first of all.
purchasing SafeMoon isn’t a straightforward process, but with these easy-to-follow, step-by-step instructions, you’ll have your DeFi tokens in no time. For this guide, I’ll be using PancakeSwap as the primary exchange for SafeMoon.
Convert BNB to Smart Chain via Trust Wallet
Download the Trust: Crypto & Bitcoin Wallet app from the app store (on iOS and Android).
Open the app and tap “Create a new wallet.”
Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Tick the box next to “I’ve read and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.”
You’ll be given a dozen recovery words. Write them down sequentially in a notebook for safekeeping.
Next, the app will show you your 12 recovery words non-sequentially. Tap the words in the right order and you’ll land on Trust Wallet’s main page.
Navigate to “BNB” and tap “Buy BNB.” Input how much money you’d like to invest in USD and hit “Next.”
You’ll be prompted to purchase BNB with a credit or debit card. Wait until the purchase is processed.
Head back to Trust Wallet’s main page and you should see you now have some BNB. Tap on “BNB,” hit “More” and tap on “Swap to Smart Chain.”
For IPhone users you will need to open safari when you get to this point, google how to enable trust wallet browser and click on the link shown to you.
When the Browser is enabled, click on it and enter pancakeswap icon.
On the pancakeswap platform connect your wallet to pancake swap.
Then go to Select Currency and type in safemoon. Or you can go to safemoon website or CoinMarketCap to copy the contract address .
A notice will pop up to inform you that SafeMoon taxes a 10% fee on each transaction. (It will also ask you to take “slippage” into account, which is when the executed price is different from the initial quote; you’re required to allow a 12% buffer.)
Set your slippage to 12% by tapping on the icon next to the time symbol at your right top.
Tap “Swap” and “Confirm Swap.” This will prompt a “Transaction submitted” message to pop up.

Oh yes it was. But I prefer my coin being in my trust wallet. Because of my token increase. I heard that in other exchanges you get your increase after one month. But trust wallet you get it instantly.
