Your assessment is correct. HBD Is a currency whereas HIVE is a value capture tokens. Does anyone care how many share of NVDA or TSLA are outstanding? No. When these types of companies split (double the shares) what happens? Everyone gets excited.
Hive is creating no value. The DHF is funding nothing that adds value to the network. It is just a money grab.
