Yes, it must be a challenge to understand, seen from where you are. Most people from the outside have no clue as you donโ€™t know the whole story.
So I was happy with the post you shared, it does help understand more ( even the little part of it )

In some ways that is good, being very resilient, but in the other side it is sadโ€ฆ that it is needed to survive. All of it.
