Maximizing SIM is always a good idea.
The cool thing of Dcity is that it has the potential for whales AND for smaller players to create a nice passive income. SIM does not discriminate between the have's and the have not's.

Yeah, I like getting the different perspectives from this. I have found cards that I think are good investments for different reasons but also seeing some of the other cards you specified to be good was interesting like the forests. I have some but didn't compare the cost:benefit ratio, so I will try and pick up a few more of those when I can!
