I missed about a week with this challenge since I've been sick and has no energy to update on it. So, today I am updating how things have been going.

Thoughts on this challenge
After doing this challenge, I find that spending 5$ a week is much more difficult now than before. Previously, I did not have any needs for medication but lately, I have it. When I checked all of my bills most of them go to my medication and also food. However, I notice tremendous decrease on my food spending. I definitely spent way less than the last two years. It seems though, spending less on food has impacted my health. I didn't know how I did it before without getting sick. I think what I ate before was way horrible than what I eat now. So I am not sure how I was able to survive without much sickness. Moving forward, I think I'd like to do a proper budgeting. I've been neglecting this practice but today, I managed to create a simple budgeting template which you can try to use.
I think this is a very simple way to know how much you can spend in a day without going overboard on your spending. If you can control this aspect of your live. pretty sure, you'll be set for life and say goodbye to being broke and miserable.

Its always good to have a budget plan that includes miscellaneous. When unexpected health issues arise, you could easily sort out your medication with it.
