Concept: September 29, 2022. The 12-Month Home Price Index Increased 15.77% With Respect to Last Year in July 2022

The 12-month National home price index increased again in the United States. According to the S&P CoreLogic Case-Shiller National Home Price Index, the 12-month increase in July 2022 was 15.77% compared to the one reported for June 2022 which was 17.96%.

This shows continuous deceleration of the home price increase. Actually the index started to decrease.

The index in July 2022 was 307.45. June 2022's index was 308.18, so the month to month change was -0.24%.
