Yes investing and crypto can be quite stressful. Sometimes "ignorance is bliss" in some cases. So whereas many don't understand nor know about crypto. They have been in some cases happy in their ignorance not having to deal with the crazy rollercoasters of crypto. The temptation to get rich in crypto is generally but a dream to the financially challenged lol.
The first rule i learned in investing was invest in things you like. Since i've been here i've championed ideas like ubi on the blockchain and experienced more happiness in pushing that idea than losing my money every month from trying to catch the falling daggers of damascles.
My journey is joy because i feel i solve the world's problems i put a sandwich in a guy's mouth. I don't sit up here all day trying to find a way to take another's guy money from him. Doesn't help the world nor solve any problems. There is no price that can be paid for that type of contentment.

I think that youy are right that investing with some purpose, rather than just to make/take money is a better way to go.
