The metaverse is new to me, I think.
1.- What can a common user like me do in the metaverse?
2.- Or is it an application only for the use of investors?

It is like a virtual world, you've got your avatar, you can meet and talk with people, going to the shop, gallery or casino depends what things are in the specific metaverse. Some Metaverses offers land to sale as well. As far as I know Telos will have a Headquarter building there so Telosians and other people can come there and we can have Telos Tuesday for example :) Basically it's like a Sims game but without scenario. People are making scenario.
