I was glancing through some of my posts on leofinance and I stumbled on a particular post where I talked about equitable distribution of wealth. One of the points I made mention was that, the rich are getting richer while the poor are getting poorer day by day. Meanwhile, we are all going to the same market to buy goods and get services.
Socialism is more liable to distribute wealth equally due to the fact that, socialism is the process whereby all goods and services produced in a state or country are being provided by the government or government authority. This system of economy doesn't really give room to any private individual to be in charge of production and overinflating prices just to enrich his or her pocket.
Despite the overinflation of goods and services, market treat everyone equally, it doesn't know maybe you are rich or poor. It's selling it goods at equal price to both the rich and poor. This is reason the rich will keep getting richer and the poor will keep getting poorer because there's no equality in distribution of wealth.
