But it also seemed appropriate to offer you first a frame of reference before submitting you to an examination. To get an idea of how long you could live, fill out this questionnaire starting as if you had 76 years old now and add or subtract the numbers in parentheses from that starting figure from the first question onwards.

If you live in an urban area or population with more than 2 million inhabitants (-2), and in a city with less than 10,000 inhabitants (+2)
If one of your grandparents turned 85 (+2), if all the grandparents turned 80 (+6)
If one of your parents died of cardiovascular disease or stroke before age 50 (-4)
If your brother, sister, father or mother under 50 has cancer, or cardiovascular disease, or diabetes since childhood (-3)
If you earn the equivalent of more than 65,000 euros per year (-2)
If you finished university (+1), or if you have a graduate or professional training degree (+2)
If you are 65 or over and still work (+3)
If you live with your spouse or boyfriend / girlfriend (+5) If you live alone (-3) and (-3) for every decade you have lived alone since you were 25
If you work in an office (-3), and if your job requires physical effort (+3)
If you exercise vigorously for at least 30 minutes 5 times a week (+4), 2 to 3 times a week (+2)
If you sleep more than ten hours a day (-4)
If you have a relaxed temper (+3) or strong (-3), happy (+1) or unhappy (-2)
If you have received fines for speeding in the last year (-1)
If you drink the equivalent of 28 ml of liquor a day (-11)
If you smoke more than 2 packs a day (-6) or between ½ and 1 pack daily (-3)
If you have an overweight of 23 kilos or more (-8), 14 to 22 kilos (-4), 4.5 to 13 kilos (-2)
If you are over 40 years old and you use to get a checkup (men) or go to the gynecologist once a year (+2)
Ok, now add it up and the figure you get is your life expectancy.
Yeah, of course you can trust in the results of this quiz. The conclusion of this test is as effective and reliable as any other. I have made sure to use the most common and updated scientific parameters of 2020 to indicate the precise amount of diapers you will need to buy and hoard and for how many years too.
Please keep in mind that all this data and studies to formulate this questionnaire does not come from the traditional educational system.
A modern society of the century XXI that so far in this 2020 has been preventively and cautiously intimidated, manipulated, misinformed, confined and subjected to quarantine and social distancing by those who supposedly should know better.
So, now that classes have started and we are ordered to take our children back to school, we better be very alert and attentive to everything that happens around us. Since apparently, for many of those at the top of the food pyramid, they seems to believe that longevity for those below them in the life scale is just a very bad habit.
