Get in for #fun - Stay for #engagement - Leo Threads

in LeoFinancelast year

Being on Hive blogging platform is fun but it comes with sacrifices. Ask anyone who has been around for longer than three years. They will tell you their initial experience on the chain when they would not even get pennies for their hard-worked blog posts. Members had to engage, network, build relationships, build reputation, grow stake and finally are able to have a stable network. The history shows how important it is to build network and relationships.

Well, this is 2023 and things have changed for better.

We have a new platform in #threads. If you are an avid @leofinance user then you already know about the new flashy update that is releasing soon. While we are waiting for the flashy new UI update, users can already engage on a micro-blogging platform - threads.

I have been enjoying #threads a lot :)

I have been on Hive for three years. I like to write and engage. I write about so many issues be it crypto, finance, life, environment and other day to day issues that are impacting us. It is not easy to have time and energy to come up with blogs everyday. As I said before, it is disheartening to see that the post you worked really hard for is not gaining enough traction.

I found a new place where I don't need to worry about that. I can be me. I can fool around, connect with other community members. I am sure there are more than 15 Hive people who did not know me before are in regular interaction with me because of #threads

The platform is unique since Hive accounts interact at the personal level. It is more natural that way. Imagine commenting on a blog post and getting a reply after a day. #threads is instant. You are having conversations with other members like friends or colleagues.

There is no boundary. It is very much like #twitter where you can interact with anything and anyone.

I am earning a lot - a bit more $leo than before

Ask @onealfa.leo He is sharing upvotes on #threads and engaging a lot sharing photos from sunny hemisphere . Ask @curamax, he is jumping like crazy. "Heck yeah" :)

It is true for other large accounts as well. Threads is becoming the fun place to be. It is not only about the micro-earning that Task likes to call it. It is more about engagement where you are getting responses from community members right, left and center.

You also get to promote your posts, share other posts that you think is relevant and share-worthy and enjoy #memes

It is beginning to feel like an #awakening

We use tags a lot. That helps categorizing posts and themes. Remember how we struggle to find right articles for ourselves on blogging platform. It could be the improvement we are looking for in terms of finding right posts.

Come, Join

I welcome you all to join this new beginning. The new UI update the team is teasing us with for a month may actually be the catalyst we needed on Hive to attract new users. Let's bring 5000 more users to #threads by the end of 2023. That's the goal and as @dagger212 always notes - #hive is the way.

It is indeed. :-) People will start figuring out the value of #threads #soon. It's just too easy, fun, and beneficial for them not to.

It is too easy as you said. You do not need a ramp like you need for Hive blogging platform. Once you remove that tampon up process, it is not complex for new users to get in.

I agree with everything that you said here. #threads filled a gap in the Hive ecosystem - microblogging. And thanks to the support of Onealfa, Taskmaster, & Khal, they made Threads a good place for us to hang-out.

Users should have fun first, everything else is secondary

Very true. Rewards without fun is kinda meh :D

Yes. Only fun with no rewards also hurts - sometimes :)

Haha, that too I can relate :)

the good thing is- we are having fun on #threads no matter what
