If anyone has ever seen the Wolf of Wall Street then you may remember the famous scenario posed at the beginning and end of the movie:
A very simple request with a very simple answer, but characters throughout the movie struggled to find that answer. The key of marketing is to find out what people need and offer them a product that fills that need. In my previous post (https://leofinance.io/@rob23/a-challenge-for-leo-and-hive-refer-your-friends), I gave a slight insight into market psychology and posed the assertion that Hive and Leo are products that are a solution to data monetization and guarantee free speech.
I have decided to put my money where my mouth is and offer up a promotion to spread the word of Leo and Hive. I have come up with a competition inspired by this Wolf of Wall Street Trope:
Sell the idea of Leo or Hive to me. Tell me why I should invest my time and money into this ecosystem.
Answers can be in the comments of this post or they can be their own post on your blog feed. Feel free to write as much or little as you would like, it's about the power of persuasion not the length.

I never have been great at persuasion. It wears me out. I doubt this will win anyone over, but I will try to answer to your question, which I paraphrase as "Why do I need Hive/Leo, and why should I invest in it?".
Basically, you don't need it, and you don't need to invest in it...yet. But when you do need it, you're going to wish you had invested time and money in it today rather than that day, because at that point it would have already been too late. Good luck to you.

This is a neat idea, especially because I was thinking of talking to a friend or two about LeoFinance as they like to talk about the stock market pretty frequently.
If I was to go and try to sell someone on Hive/Leo, I would say something along the lines:
Hive provides you with the opportunity to engage with a community that shares your interests. You can consume content, create content, and be financially rewarded for doing so. You can experience the power of the blockchain, accumulate cryptocurrency, all while delving into topics that you already enjoy delving into.

Not long ago I joined LEO/Hive and the truth is that in these few months my life changed radically. I will tell you that when I realized that this is real, that it is not a lie, that I can earn money writing the first thing I said to myself was: Why did I waste so much time on facebook when I could monetize my ideas?, because that is for me Hive and Leo, the best way to monetize freedom of expression.
