Excellent explanation along with an interesting experiment. Like @ackza, I see HIVE as a totally different angle here. HIVE appears to be the ONLY Blockchain with true utility rather than speculations.

You may be right here, and at least in that case I am the custodian of the money as opposed to the banks or some other institution being the custodian. I think the system that we are familiar with now is much less favorable.
