It's not difficult but it's hard to get enough people to put in the time and work to do so.

The number of participants and more active people is increasing every week. There seems to be an increase in awareness of the benefits of interaction. If this progress continues, 10K will be reached in the coming weeks. The sooner this happens, the more exciting it will be.
