When will the downturn in the Cryptocurrency markets end?

in LeoFinance3 years ago (edited)

The decline and volatility in the cryptocurrency markets has been continuing for 2 months. Fear and anxiety dominate the markets. Problems with Bitcoin mining and FUD news are among the most important reasons for the decline in the markets. Many investors follow the crypto market with concern. Will the decline continue? Or will it end?

Bitcoin's mining difficulty is falling more and more every day. Bitcoin's mining difficulty dropped by 11.51%, according to BTC.com data. One of the most important reasons for this is the decision of the Chinese province of Sichuan to stop Bitcoin mining.

On the other hand, FUD news in the markets is still kept alive. This affects many investors (especially new investors). Whales continue to buy, while small investors are selling their holdings, according to Santiment's data.

Bitcoin whales seem to have added 90,000 $BTC to their wallets in the last 3 weeks. The amount of BTC added by whales to their accounts is over $ 3 billion.

According to these data, while whale holders continue to buy, small holders continue to sell. This is really interesting.

Looking carefully at the movements in the cryptocurrency markets, I think we have come to the end of the regression.

On June 24, the NFT platform will be launched on Binance, I believe it will add a positive atmosphere to these markets. Especially Binance Coin (BNB) may start a bullish trend after June 24.

I also think that the general downturn in the crypto market will end after June 24. I do not expect a rapid rise, but I think the general decline will end. As of the second week of July, upward movements, especially ETH and BNB, will begin. The Ethereum London update will take place in July. There will be a decrease in fees on the Ethereum network, which will positively affect ETH. In addition, altcoins using the Ethereum network will be positively affected by this update. The real big impact will be with the release of ETH 2.0.

I think that the Bitcoin mining problems in China will be resolved in September. Probably many of them will move to other countries. It has always been a problem that most of the Bitcoin mining takes place in one country. Its dispersal to different countries will end the mining-related FUD news.

I think the real rise in the crypto money markets will start as of September. Many cryptocurrencies, especially BTC, ETH, BNB, will start their bull run in September. I believe that with this rise, they will reach higher than the previous ones. If investors can be a little more patient, they can make a big profit by the end of this year.

Note : Volatility in some cryptocurrencies can happen all the time, there can be sudden value losses. But I think the general decline will end. I'm just writing my observations about the markets. I recommend investing in cryptocurrencies that you trust. I recommend that you always be careful against sudden decreases and follow the markets constantly. No one about cryptocurrencies can give a definite conclusion about whether it will rise or not. But those who follow the markets can make their own predictions.

As Bitcoin prices drop, and as bitcoin mining continues to become more expensive, the miners need to ask the question "is it worth it"? I can image a lot of companies in China (who are moving to other countries) are wondering what returns they will get. This will just push the Bitcoin prices down.

For other crypto, where mining is not key to their blockchain, there should not be this worry. But unfortunately investors see all "crypto" as the same, and all "crypto" means Bitcoin. So when Bitcoin goes down, so do all the others - regardless of their infrastruce, setup, governance, etc...

Transfers need to be approved by someone, so mining continues to be important. But in the future, it is possible to switch to proof of stake (pos), then there will not be so much speculation. As long as Bitcoin Dominance (BTC.D) does not fall, Bitcoin will always be in the foreground. Also, the low supply of Bitcoin makes it very powerful. Bitcoin dominance is hard to drop, but I wish it would.
