Ok, the feedback I heard about the jobless claims number this morning was baffling to me.
I'm traveling back home today and caught a little bloomberg news this morning so this post will be short, but I had to share this.
Weekly jobless claims came in at 193,000. This was below expectations of 213,000.
This was apparently a bad thing as it is a sign the economy is doing well and people are employed, thus the FED will be able to continue raising rates.
WHAT?!?
So basically the markets want unemployment to go up so that the FED stops raising rates was the narrative I heard.
It is crazy how addicted to low rates and easy money the U.S. economy has become.
Just more the reason I'm in crypto.

People want the economy to break so FED has to QE.
Wild times.
On the flip side, it looks like Bitcoin might decouple from stocks.
If so we are about to start the most epic rally ever.
