April Insights:
May was a really good month so now April has come back down to a more reasonable amount earning on average what I’ve been getting each month in 2021. I’ve been consistently earning less on LBRY which is somewhat concerning, but it still is my top earner in regard to social platforms. I managed to earn more BAT from Brave browser just through donations, so I assume people are auto-contributing to my YouTube given the large amount which I greatly appreciate.

Read.Cash & Noise.cash continues to produce good rewards though I cannot no longer accurately track my earnings there. The reason is that their spreadsheet downloads on the BCH block explorer can’t handle the number of transactions I’ve made, I am doing my best to track it manually. If anything, my estimated earnings for Read.Cash are much lower given my estimate was very conservative.

DTube has been earning me more platforms rewards than previously but they have discontinued airdrops, so I’m making way less than I was previously. SoMee is still down, so I’m not reporting on it. I’ve still included Minds even though I can’t actually withdraw my funds because the advertising is still ideal and you can always find someone who may buy your offchain tokens. The main issue is that offchain tokens are only for boosting and with the value skyrocketing and the effectiveness of a boost remaining the same, it’s not feasible to pay for tokens to advertise.

Den.social has really started to dwindle. Occasionally I earn a good amount on a post, but more and more often I am getting less and less rewards. I expect next month to have very few rewards. Cos.TV’s rewards went way up randomly and so I’ve been able to earn some crypto there. I also recently started testing Pocketnet where rewards and withdrawals work well, so I will be sharing my earnings there in the next report.

Crypto has since tanked from when I reported on this so everything is much lower now. However, if I can keep my average earnings above $2,000 or so for the next several months, I believe that will show that you can genuinely make a living from this by testing my earnings in a more bearish market. This is my 17th report and the more data I acquire, the better the results become. My top consistent earners lately are Read.Cash, Brave, and LBRY.

I will continue to share these reports every month to give you a breakdown of what my earnings are to be completely transparent and give you an idea of what you could do if you did the same as me.

Disclaimer: None of what I share is financial advice and the cryptocurrency amounts & values shared may be simulated

Thanks for here also for letting me know about this wonderful opportunity that is Hive.

Do you know of an encrypted WhatsApp-like chat but decentralized. But I don't think there is one in Hive. I would need one in which a cell phone line was not necessary, only internet

There are many but I don't focus much on those as it's not "social media"

Signal is good. For crypto I believe Sense chat is good

your results are excellent. You already recommended MINDS to me as the most interesting Social Blogging platform built on Ethereum ... I think I'll try it soon. Although I doubt it works well as it is built on Ethereum, a blockchain that doesn't work today.

Yeah you can't withdraw your funds from Minds without paying for a monthly subscription plus you pay eth gas fees for withdrawing

Hi Scott! Thanks for this reply. So for the moment I give up the idea of trying MINDS. As an Ethereum based Social Network I already have Sapien Network which is not working well. I would not like to manage other social platforms that are not fully performing. To date, HIVE seems to me to be the best blockchain dedicated to Social Networks. What do you think about it?

Hive is second best to LBRY in my opinion. Minds & Sapien both never really paid out. I would recommend the 11 platforms I share above to earn on. LBRY & Hive are the most decentralized

thanks for this answer. I'll start thinking about LBRY instead of MINDS
