My cardio fitness must be somehow way better than I realised, cos I just decided I'd run a bit of my walk and I was able to run for 6 mins without stopping. It's been years since I last went for a run. So that's an unexpected self-esteem boost.
I won't push it any further than that because I am old now and I'll hurt my muscles or something. 😅😅
